During my visit, I tried a teriyaki tofu rice bowl paired with a side of vegetable gyoza. The tofu was well-marinated and had a lovely balance of sweet and savory, while the rice bowl was colorful, hearty, and generously portioned. The gyoza came hot and crisp, filled with fresh vegetables that retained their natural sweetness. Around me, other guests seemed to enjoy noodle soups and bao buns, both of which are popular highlights of the restaurant.
Service is friendly and approachable, with staff eager to explain dishes to those new to vegetarian or vegan dining. Prices are fair for the quality and portion size, making it an excellent value in Birmingham’s dining scene.
